There are several steps you can take to help you get maximum performance from your power tools battery:
Keep the Battery Clean - It's a good idea to clean dirty battery contacts with a cotton swab and alcohol. This helps maintain a good connection between the battery and the portable device.
Exercise the Battery - Do not leave the battery dormant for long periods of time. We recommend using the battery at least once every two to three weeks.
Battery storage - If you don't plan on using the battery for a month or more,store it in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects. Remember to recharge the batteries before use.

Returnable/exchange products

Return Process

(2) After agreeing to the refund, we will give you a return address and phone number, and hereby declare that the return shipping shall be borne by yourself.
(3) Please send us the receipt, order number, and courier number after shipping, so that we can track it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.The refund takes 5-8 business days back to your account.
