We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
(1)Under normal circumstances, the product has no quality problems, and we do not support returns. If you want to return the goods, the return shipping costs must be borne by yourself.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
(2)Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
(1) First contact us through email@example.com to let us understand your needs. After we have confirmed that it can be returned, then send the shipment, otherwise we will not give the return.
(2) After agreeing to the refund, we will give you a return address and phone number, and hereby declare that the return shipping shall be borne by yourself.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
